Welcome the day with intention, movement, and fun. In this class, we will slowly wake up muscles, mobilize joints, generate energy, and invigorate the mind. After our bodies are warm, we will flow through dynamic poses like sun salutations, standing poses, core work, hip-openers, and backbends. Start your day and your entire week with this wonderful class.

This active class is designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners. This class is designed to be consciously-minded yet fun and well-rounded. Expect poses like: sun salutations, standing poses, standing and arm balances, hip openers, back bends, inversions, pranayama and meditation. On Friday night we let our hair down and rock out to a wonderful play list. It's the perfect way to finish your week.

This class is dedicated to the Practice of Yoga Nidra. We'll start off with a little bit of discussion, do a bit of gentle movement, and then follow with a 30-40 minute Yoga Nidra practice. The heart of this class will be the Yoga Nidra which is like a guided meditation. You'll leave feeling profoundly rested with greater insight about your deep ground of being.
