Give yourself 10 minutes to do this exercise regularly. You may wish to do it several times a day. It may also be a good idea to do this exercise to help you go to sleep.

You are at your best when you can relax. Like everything else, we must practice relaxation to truly receive the balanced benefits of relaxation.
