River Writing Meets Yoga Nidra
We’ll begin with some gentle movement to ready us for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice. After Scott leads us through a relaxing journey of self-inquiry, we’ll pick up the pen and write, with the liberated mind that Nidra naturally invites. In this spacious context, Nan will guide us in River Writing, a simple expressive writing practice. We’ll be writing to discover, no need to prove anything. Together, we’ll revel in the freedom of the blank page!
After participating Nidra and River Writing, do not be surprised if you see the colors of the world more vividly, hear birdsong with deeper resonance. Nidra is an ideal companion to expressive writing as it fosters a state of exquisite awareness.
