Join us for a day of meditation, gentle movement, and bliss!
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the wintry mountain-tops wile sitting in the quiet and cozy yoga room on the top floor of the Snowbird Cliff Lodge. On this special weekend, we’ll gather to begin the year with a day of mindfulness focusing on compassion for other beings by practicing sitting and walking meditation, gentle yoga, and writing practices.
Recovering from the holidays often requires some reflection so leave your busy life for a day to relax your body and mind. You'll feel great with our extended mindfulness practices. We will also offer some guided writing exercises as a way to reflect on the past year and set our intentions for the following year.
Then, bliss out in the world-class Cliff Spa! Access is included with your tuition.
This day-retreat is perfect for both novice and experienced practitioners alike.
To add to our bliss of the day, access to the world-class Cliff Spa is included with your tuition so plan to linger afterward to swim in the roof-top pool or Jacuzzi, unwind in the eucalyptus steam room, or recline and enjoy the nurturing quiet of the solarium.
