How To Do This Challenge:

Whenever you want during the day, meditate in any style you wish for 15 minutes a day. Do this every day for 31 days, starting Sept. 1 2019. Use the Insight Timer app to track your meditation.

During the 30 days, you’re free to meditate in any style you wish. There are several guided meditations on this page you may choose from. You may also choose from over 10,000 guided meditations on the Insight Timer app. If you are using a guided meditation that is not on the Insight Timer app, remember to still time it using the app.

If you are an experienced meditator, meditate for 15 minutes or more every day in any style you wish.

Challenge Guidelines

We will be using the Insight Timer meditation app. You can download this on your smart device and/or create a login on your computer or laptop. It's an easy way to track your meditation and time them. 

Once you download the app and create a login (if you haven't already), You may join our special group within Insight that will allow us to send notes to each other and see each other's progress. Do this by clicking the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the mobile app version, or click on Groups for the computer version. Search for Scott Moore Yoga 30-Day Meditation Challenge, and join the group. This is important because it is how I will be able to track your progress.

If you are not using the app, please keep track of your meditations. It doesn't have to be complicated.


During the month, I'll be sending you emails with instructions, more guided meditations, articles, videos, etc. all to help you along your journey. Please email me with any questions.


When you finish the 30-Day Meditation Challenge, you'll have 7 days to request a refund for your registration if you have completed the challenge. In order to receive your refund, you must fill out the refund form that I will send out and I'll check your completed meditations in Insight Timer if you used it.
