Relax and recede to a deep inner-sanctuary as you rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through Restore Yoga and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation). Yoga is the stilling of the mind into oneness. Expect gentle mobility to gather prana, long, slow, deep stretches to release tension, and several relaxing Restore poses for deep, abiding calm. In an extended savasana, Scott will guide you through a 30-minute, mind-opening Yoga Nidra practice. The workshop will be accompanied with poetry, stories, and live music.
