Gratitude Challenge
 

 The Challenge:

Practice daily gratitude by writing down three things you’re grateful for. Then, chose one of the three things and write a short paragraph. You may also choose to share your gratitude list with someone (optional). I encourage you to begin a Gratitude Journal so you can make it into a ritual to write every day.

The challenge is simple but will leave you feeling great. I guarantee that this gratitude practice will shape the rest of your day. Continued exposure to gratitude will begin to change your character. Plus, gratitude is perhaps the most contagious thing on earth. There’s really no cure for it but more gratitude.
