The Meditation Challenge
The meditation challenge is simple: meditate every day for 15 minutes a day in any style you wish, any time you wish.
That's it.
I'll support you with plenty of instruction, tools, and encouragement along the way, including several guided meditation practices, including Yoga Nidra, the relaxing and transformational form of guided meditation I'm so passionate about.
Let's do it together!
Now is time to lay the foundation for a new month and your continued practice with the power of a simple but consistent meditation practice.

July 1–31, 2026
Starting July 1st, begins my 31-day meditation challenge. This challenge is simple, effective, and fun. Join the challenge and become a part of a global sangha (a group of meditators) as we lay the foundation for a mindful July with a more mindful YOU, the you that will change the world by becoming the person you are destined to become.
Welcome Back
You've done this before—hopefully you know how fun and beneficial it is and wanted to join again.
With this meditation challenge, I'll be providing:
TONS of new content, recordings, and meditations
A daily email with encouragement, insight, poetry, and resources
Live, weekly Zoom sessions (every Sunday at 8:00 am MT). Sessions will be 15–20 minutes to meditate together and connect with those across the globe who will be doing this.
Closing session: Friday, July 31, 9:00–10:15 am MT—Yoga Nidra practice and a conversation about what's next. Recorded and sent same day.
When you register, you'll receive a welcome email with all the information, including the specs of the challenge as well as a page of resources like meditation guides, guided meditations that you can listen to or download, and helpful pranayama (breathing) practices.
The challenge starts July 1 but you can start to meditate today and feel the compounded benefits of a regular, simple meditation practice.
Make a Meditation Posse
Make a meditation posse! Several people in the past have decided to do the meditation challenge as a family, a work group, or as friends. What better way to raise the vibe of the people you work and live with than to be meditating together.
Why $57
For me, I feel less incentive to complete challenges like this unless I've got some skin in the game. Every time I run a marathon, I think of the money I paid for to register and it motivates me to keep training and to run the damn thing. So, to help you put a little skin in the game, I'm charging $57 for this meditation challenge.
This is the Returnees' Round—built for past participants who know the value. The price reflects the added live Zoom sessions and the month of daily support. That's the deal.
If we've learned anything from these past few years, hopefully we've learned that we gotta get comfortable with going inside in body, mind, and spirit. While we are weathering whatever storms life throws at us, we can practice resourcing ourselves by going inside and uniting body, mind, and spirit as we meditate together and lay the foundation for a great month and a great future.
Please join me!
Please forward this to those you want in your meditation posse!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the 31-Day Meditation Challenge?
It's a simple, consistent way to build a daily meditation habit for July. You'll be guided to meditate 15 minutes a day, every day, for the entire month. No overthinking, no complexity. Just showing up.
What kind of meditation will we be doing?
The challenge is self-guided. Participants choose whatever style of meditation they like. The daily emails are encouragement to keep going, not new practices.
Do I need to be an experienced meditator?
Not at all. This challenge is designed for beginners and longtime practitioners. If you can sit (or lie down) for 15 minutes, you're good.
Why charge $57?
Because commitment matters. The live Zoom sessions are new. They were the most-requested addition from previous cohorts. A small investment creates just enough skin in the game to help you follow through without creating pressure or stress. Think of it like registering for a race: you're far more likely to show up when you've made a clear choice.
How much time do I need each day?
Just 15 minutes. That's it. Most people spend more time scrolling than this. The return on investment is wildly different.
Is this live or self-paced?
The challenge unfolds day by day through July, giving you structure while allowing flexibility. You choose when during the day you practice. Weekly live Zoom sessions are optional but highly encouraged, and all sessions are recorded and sent same-day.
Is this right for me if the world feels overwhelming right now?
Especially then. This challenge isn't about escaping the world. It’s about learning how to meet it from a resourced, grounded place rather than from exhaustion or reactivity.
What if I'm not sure I'll stick with it?
That's exactly why this exists. The structure, the community energy, and the skin-in-the-game model are designed to support follow-through, not perfection.
How do I invite others to join me?
Simple: forward this page to the people you want in your meditation posse and say, "Want to do this together?" That's usually all it takes.
