I believe that yoga and meditation are about truly understanding ourselves, our connection to others, and the universe. It’s about feeling alive, healthy, and finding joy in life.

Everyone is unique and needs to practice yoga and meditation in a way that is right for them. For some that means a heart-pumping, sweat-dripping alignment-based Vinyasa class. For others, that might mean a therapeutic, Restore yoga, or Yoga Nidra (deep guided meditation) class or online course. That’s why I love to teach both extremes of yoga because I feel my calling is to teach people, whatever they need.

I love life, I adore people, and I believe in YOU.

My specialties are making yoga and meditation approachable without dumbing it down, teaching intelligent and fun yoga classes, and teaching Yoga Nidra, a deep, illuminating, and relaxing form of guided meditation. 

I invite you to join me on a journey of full-spectrum wellness and radical self-exploration, whether that’s coming to a class, attending a yoga retreat in paradise, reading my blog, or taking one of my online courses. It’s an honor to walk these roads together.

I've spent the past 20 years studying, practicing, and teaching yoga, Yoga Nidra, and meditation. I've had the pleasure of teaching everyone from rock stars to recovering addicts, from young to old, ultra-athletes to the ultra-stressed out, and I've learned one essential fact: EVERYONE has an extraordinary life to live and EVERYONE'S path to wellness is unique.

I'm interested in helping you refine and practice YOUR LIFE through the powerful and approachable methods of yoga and meditation.

Yoga is about developing a satisfying practice that improves your full-spectrum wellness—body, mind, and spirit. Yoga isn't about putting your foot behind your head or meditating for a month straight while subsisting on a grain of rice, wearing a diaper, and living in a cave. If you can or want to do that, great.

Moreover, the power of yoga and meditation is their adaptability to help you thrive in your current life-circumstances. Yoga can be sweat-dripping intense or snooze-worthy relaxing depending on what YOU need. 

Whether it's taking a live or online training, arranging private or private-group sessions, or traveling with me around the world for yoga adventures or training on a distant tropical beach, I'm honored and thrilled to assist you along your journey of self-discovery.
