A bit about me

I’ve spent 25+ years in meditation and yoga practice, including direct experiences of awakening that inform everything I teach. I’ve built a six-figure business from scratch—no investors, no outside funding—while living abroad with my family, teaching on six continents, and publishing multiple books. It hasn’t been easy sailing the entire time—I’ve opened and closed multiple yoga studios, navigated debt, rebuilt from near-zero revenue years. But here’s the thing. I’ve and come out the other side—magna cum laude from the School of Hard Knocks—with real clarity about what works … and what doesn’t.

I’ve mentored dozens of conscious entrepreneurs including: yoga and meditation teachers, therapists, energy workers, coaches, ministers, artists, authors, CFOs. What each of these people have in common is that there’s a unique person at the center of that business. What each of these people have in common is a deep sense of alignment between their work and their values. My students have gone from stalled-out solopreneurs to confident business owners with clear messaging, sustainable income, and a deep sense of alignment between their work and their values.
