This practice and will feature active but accessible poses, restore poses, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. It will also include some journaling.

You may wish to have your yoga and meditation space set up in advance with:

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket

  • Cushion, bolster, or extra blanket

  • Eye pillow or eye mask

  • Journal and pen

  • Any other yoga props like block, or strap
