31-Day Meditation Challenge

You've done this before. You know what July feels like when you've been meditating every morning. You know what it feels like when you haven't.

This round is for you—past participants only, no public launch. We skip the onboarding and go straight to practice.

What this is: 15 minutes of meditation a day, every day in July. Scott provides the daily support, guided practices, and encouragement. You provide the 15 minutes.

What's new this round: Weekly live Zoom sessions—the most-requested addition from every previous cohort. Four Sunday morning sits (15–20 minutes each) plus a longer closing session on July 31. Every session is recorded and sent to participants the same day.

What's included:

  • 31 days of meditations, practices, and resources

  • Daily emails from Scott—encouragement, insight, and poetry

  • 4 weekly live Zoom meditations (Sundays, 8:00 am MT)

  • Closing session—Yoga Nidra + conversation (Friday, July 31, 9:00–10:15 am MT)

  • All Zoom sessions recorded and sent same-day

  • Guided Yoga Nidra recordings and pranayama practices

Live Zoom Schedule (all Mountain Time):

  • Sunday, July 5 — 8:00 am

  • Sunday, July 12 — 8:00 am

  • Sunday, July 19 — 8:00 am

  • Sunday, July 26 — 8:00 am

  • Friday, July 31 — 9:00–10:15 am (closing session)
