For those of you who took the original 30-hour with me—whether live or through the Teachable course—first of all, thank you. You're part of how this work has reached the world.
But as a teacher, I keep growing. This training has grown with me. And I'm committed to bringing you along.
Part of that is because I've grown over the thousands of teaching hours since you sat with me. Conversations with students that sharpened the work. A book coming out in November that has forced me to clarify, refine, and articulate things I'd been carrying inside my body but hadn't yet put into language.
And part of it is because the curriculum itself has expanded.
The new 40-hour Live YNTT covers material that simply couldn't fit in the 30-hour. Whole modules I never got to teach you. An entire section on how to actually share this work with the world—including how to make a living doing it, which is the thing nobody else seems willing to teach.
More than a refresher, it's a substantial expansion of the training you took before, offered at a fraction of the new-student tuition because you've already done the foundational work.
What’s new in the 40-hour
Some of this material lives in the Teachable version. But it's been 6 years and things have grown.
If you took the original live 30-hour, here's what you'll be getting that you didn't get before.
-
These weren't in the 30-hour at all. They're now full curriculum:
Non-Dualism and Your Both/And Nature—stereoscopic consciousness, the technique of holding binaries, discerning the Matrix
The Secret to the Universe is HERE: Presence—the nature of time, presence as your true identity, Yoga Nidra as a restoration of first sight
Stages and States of Consciousness—how state changes become stage changes over time, the role of practice in long-arc awakening
Why Yoga Nidra Works: Science and Psychology—the deeper science, brainwaves and koshas, flow state mechanics, brain chemistry, Wolpe's counterconditioning research, working with trauma
The Big Message—a closing integration of Section 1's full arc
-
In the 30-hour we rushed through these or skipped them entirely. Now they're properly taught:
Dyads and Self Practice—including live demonstrations of dyad work
Accessibility and Healing—inclusive language, conscious pricing, the "to heal or not to heal" question, designing Yoga Nidra for specific needs
Integration—how to apply this practice to everyday life, and why integration is what makes the work stick
Expanded Teacher FAQ—refined from years of cohorts
-
Eight modules covering the practical reality of taking this work into your life and livelihood:
Developing interest in your classes, workshops, and offerings
Formatting classes, workshops, and courses
Virtual offerings and the supportive tech that makes them possible
Private sessions—onboarding, structure, pricing, follow-up
Retreats—locations, formatting, pricing, the practicalities of leading
Supporting your students over time
-
This is the section I'm most passionate about, and the one I think alumni will feel the biggest difference in.
After teaching thousands of students how to facilitate Yoga Nidra, I started noticing something heartbreaking. People would finish the training, fall in love with the practice, and then disappear—because nobody had taught them how to actually build a livelihood around it. Nobody taught me these things. I had to learn them on my own. I watched it happen to teacher after teacher—offering free sessions, undercharging, burning out, slowly letting the work fade.
That's a travesty. Because if you're not getting paid what you're worth to share your gifts, the people who need this practice simply don't get it.
So I built a business curriculum and folded it into the training. The Windmill Framework is what I teach in my mentorship program, my Blueprint work, and my Business Accelerator—and here, it's woven into the 40-hour as a foundation. You'll learn:
The beliefs that keep teachers small (and the ones that open the door)
The Windmill Framework—how to build a business that runs on alignment instead of hustle
Pricing your work with integrity—work aligned with values
The Mechanism of Influence—the 5 essential steps that make the Windmill turn: website, message, products, client relationships, repeat
How to build passive income alongside live teaching
How to move from transactional to transformational—not just for your clients, but for yourself
This alone is worth the tuition. It will pay back your investment and continue to pay you for years. It's what I use every day to operate a successful business as a conscious teacher, author, and mentor. And nobody else teaching Yoga Nidra is teaching this.
What’s different about how we’re running it now
Two operational shifts you should know about.
Certification, completed inside the training

In the old format, I taught the material and left it to you to finish your recordings, A-B tests, and teaching assignment on your own time. Many of you didn't finish. That's not your fault—life is busy and the assignments are real work. It's a lot of content.

Now, the recordings, the A-B tests, the teaching assignment, and dyad practice are all woven into the live sessions. Attend the full 40 hours and you walk out with your certificate of completion in hand.
If you never got your certificate from the first round, this is your chance to complete it.
40-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education credit
The full training is now recognized for 40 hours of Yoga Alliance CE credit for registered yoga teachers.
What’s included for alumni
Everything new students receive, plus everything that recognizes you've already done the foundational work:
Full 40-hour live training, in-person in Salt Lake City or live on Zoom—your choice
Lifetime access to all session recordings—review forever, on your schedule
Updated written manual—reflecting all new modules, expanded resources, and the business curriculum
A private 30-minute 1:1 with me—to talk about your teaching, your offerings, your next step
Certificate of completion—in your hand by the end of training
40-hour Yoga Alliance CE credit for registered yoga teachers
Cohort experience—for those of you who took the Teachable course or trained online-only, this is your first time in a live room (in-person or Zoom) with peer practice, real-time feedback, and the energy of a community of practitioners
A primer of the upcoming Therapist-Only YNTT—for alumni who are therapists or mental-health professionals, you'll get a beta of the dedicated clinical track launching fall 2026, including clinical framing of Yoga Nidra for trauma, anxiety, and depression
Early access to material from Waking Up with the Yoga of Sleep—my book launches November 1, three months after this training. This cohort gets exclusive early access to teachings and frameworks from the book before it goes public
This refresher is for you if:
You completed the original 30-hour YNTT with me, in any format (live cohort or Teachable digital)
You want the new material—the deeper science, the business curriculum, the modules I never got to teach you the first time
You've been teaching Yoga Nidra and want to sharpen and expand your craft
You never finished your original certification and you want to walk out with it
You're a therapist or mental-health professional curious about the clinical applications
This isn't for you if:
You haven't taken the 30-hour or the digital Teachable course (in which case the new-student option is what you want)
You're not planning to attend most of the live sessions. Recordings are available for any session you have to miss, but this training is built around the live experience—peer practice, dyad demonstrations, real-time questions, and cohort energy. If you're planning to watch it all on replay, the Teachable digital course is a better fit.

A word from me to you
If you're reading this and feeling something stir, perhaps a pull that says I want to go back, I want to deepen, I want to finish what I started—please trust it.
You already understand the power of this practice. You've felt it in your own body. It's changed you and you've seen it change your students.
What I'm offering this round isn't a victory lap. It's an invitation to come back to the practice with new eyes, new tools, and a sharper sense of what's possible—both for the people you serve and for the life you're building from this work.
The world needs what you have. Let's keep going.
