Why New Year's Resolutions Go Nowhere

drunk people

I’ve always hated New Year’s.

Associations:

  • Drunk people

  • The cold

  • Feeling tired

What if there were a different way?

Then there’s the New Year’s resolutions which too often devolve into premeditated disappointments and we go back to business as usual.

Why is that? It’s because in order to make lasting change, we have to change our fundamental state of mind and stage of consciousness?

Like Einstein said:

“No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

Making the kind of change we want to see in ourselves and the world for the new year requires learning how to regularly change your state of mind to give birth to something completely new.

Why not defy your old way of being?

Why not be the revolution to a greater world and a greater you?

Why not start 2024 with greater consciousness?

Why not do it together?!

31-Day Mediation Challenge

Now is the time to lay the foundation of a new year and your future with the power of a simple but consistent meditation practice.

Starting January 1st, begins my 31-day meditation Challenge. This challenge is simple, effective, and fun. Join the challenge and become a part of a global sangha (a group of meditators) as we lay the foundation for this new year and new future with a more mindful YOU, the you that will change the world by becoming the person you are destined to become.

The challenge is simple: meditate every day for 15 minutes a day in any style you wish, any time you wish. That’s it. I’ll support you with plenty of instruction, tools, and encouragement along the way, including several guided meditation practices, including Yoga Nidra, the relaxing and transformational form of guided meditation I’m so passionate about.

It costs $31 and you can opt to get your tuition back if you finish!
